CARN CONFERENCE 2025 - Submission guidelines
Presentations:
Presentations are scheduled for 30 minutes, including 15 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes of discussion.
Symposia:
Symposia are scheduled for 90 or 120 minutes and include three or four thematically focused presentations, allowing 15 minutes presentation time per speaker, 10 minutes for the discussant and open discussion.
Poster presentations:
Interactive poster sessions include a number of posters. A short presentation of 3 minutes for each poster, followed by an in-depth discussion, in an exhibition format.
Workshops and open formats
These sessions offer a dynamic and collaborative setting actively involving participants. Sessions can be 45 or 90 minutes.
Abstract submission instructions:
Please submit through the submission portal. Abstracts should include the title, authors and chosen format. The abstract may be up to 300 words.
Submission Deadline:
Abstract submission will be open from February 1st to May 30th, 2025. We will notify of acceptance by the beginning of July 2025. We look forward to receiving your abstract. Should you have any further queries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on carn2025@aau.at.
