Timeline for the CARN Conference 2025
Dates to note
• 1st February 2025 – 30th June 2025: Submission of Abstracts (Call for Abstracts)
• 1st July 2025: Response to authors who submitted abstracts by 30th of June
• 1st July 2025 – 15th September 2025: Registration Early Bird (€ 350,-- for CARN members; € 400,-- for non-CARN members)
• 16th September 2025 – 12th November 2025: Registration (€ 400,-- for CARN members; € 450,-- for non-CARN members)
• 14th October: Registration Deadline for Presenters
ATTENTION:
Please note: Unfortunately, we have to charge a cancellation fee of 50 percent if you cancel on the day of the event or do not attend the conference.
Reduced conference fee
Reduced conference fee for students of € 250. To apply, please send an informal request to carn2025@aau.at attaching proof of enrolment.
